Our philosophy

The face is the most honest part of you.
It deserves the same in return.

We started the raw face because nothing on the shelf felt honest enough. Pastes that promised the kitchen but tasted of the laboratory. Months-old jars marketed as "fresh." Long ingredient lists thick with things you couldn't pronounce.

So we built an atelier. Every pack is hand-blended the moment you order it — pestled, weighed, sealed, and dispatched within thirty minutes. It arrives still alive: cool, fragrant, perishable. The way a face pack was meant to be when your grandmother made one for you.

Living potency

The actives in raw turmeric, neem, and rose begin to oxidise within hours. By the time a jar reaches a shelf, most of its work is already done. Ours arrives still working.

No preservatives, no compromise

Shelf-stable cosmetics need parabens, alcohols, or phenoxyethanol to survive. We solved the problem differently: we just don't let it sit on a shelf.

The 30-minute window

Independent dermatology research shows raw plant pastes retain peak efficacy for ~4 hours from blend. Our window leaves you three-and-a-half of those.

before their first order.

How is 30-minute delivery possible?

We blend the moment your order arrives — never before. The total promise is ~14 minutes of hand-blending and packaging, plus up to 16 minutes of delivery within our serviced neighbourhoods. If we can't meet the window, the order is free.

Where do you currently deliver?

We're launching in select neighbourhoods. Submit your pincode in the order form and we'll instantly tell you if we cover you, with a soft launch waitlist for areas we don't yet reach.

What's the shelf life of a pack?

Four hours from blend, refrigerated. The pack is hand-dated. After four hours it's still safe to use, but you're losing potency we can't honestly stand behind.

Are the packs suitable for sensitive skin?

Gulab Veil and Chandan Stone are designed for sensitive and dry skin. We always recommend a patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before first use. Tell us any allergies in the skin notes field — we adjust.

How much does a pack cost?

Single packs are priced per blend complexity and seasonal sourcing. We share exact pricing when we confirm your order, so we can be transparent about what's in season and what's not.

What's the packaging like?

Cold-packed in a small, reusable amber glass jar with a wooden spatula. Return the jar with your next order and we credit your account.
